Completed declaration form of refusal to inheritance.
Copy/photo of proof of legal residence in the U.S. (U.S. passport, Green Card, driver license, Identification Card).
Certified copy of Vietnamese national ID, passport, or household registration book.
Certified copy of the death certificate of the deceased.
Certified copy of the property ownership certificate (e.g. red book, pink book).
Marriage certificate (if applicable).
Vietnamese birth certificate.
Contact information (address, phone number, email, full name of the person receiving the documents).
