Translation & Notarization of Signatures

Translation & Notarization of Signatures is the process of translating documents, driver’s licenses, degrees, birth certificates, death certificates, marriages from the original language to Vietnamese, and the completed translation is notarized by Vietnamese Embassy / Consulate. The objective of notarized translation is to authenticate the signature of the translator who translates the document by the notary.

 

1. Required Documents

  • Copies of the documents to be translated and notarized of signatures.
  • Copy/photo of proof of legal residence in the United States (e.g. Green Card, U.S. driver’s license, U.S. passport, Identification Card) of the person requesting translation.
  • Contact information (address, phone number, email, full name of the person receiving the documents).
