Welcome to Hanoi – the capital city of Vietnam
Upon arrival in Hanoi and greeted by our private tour guide, driver will transfer to your hotel for check-in. Check-in time is at 2pm. Free time to relax and to visit Hanoi by Night.

After breakfast. Check out hotel. Visit Hoan Kiem Lake, the famous One Pillar Pagoda which is built of wood on a single stone pillar 1.25 m in diameter. It is designed to resemble a lotus blossom, which is a Buddhist symbol of purity, since a lotus blossoms in a muddy pond. And then visit West Lake & Tran Quoc pagoda – which lies in the bank of the lake.
After that, continue to visit the Temple of Literature (Vietnamese name is Quoc Tu Giam) – The Vietnam’s first University, which was built in 1070 in honor of Confucius, his followers and Chu Van An, a moral figure in Vietnamese education.
In the afternoon, take a coach trip to Halong Bay which translates as ‘where the dragon descends into the sea’, and legend claims the islands of Halong Bay were created by a great dragon from the mountains. As it charged towards the coast, its flailing tail gouged out valleys and crevasses. When it finally plunged into the sea, the area filled with water, leaving only the pinnacles visible.

After breakfast, check out hotel. Board cruise boat and begin the cruise tour on the bay. Halong Bay is one of the world’s outstanding natural wonders, resembling a geographic work of art with thousands of limestone islets soaring dramatically from the clear emerald waters. This densely concentrated zone of karts islands, world famous for its spectacular scenery of grottoes and caves, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On this tour, witness the tranquil beauty and breathtaking scenery from the decks of a traditional junk, complete with bat-winged sails. See tiny islands dotted with rock arches, sheer cliffs, innumerable white sand beaches and peaceful coves. Like sculpted cartoon characters, these limestone islands have fanciful names: Incense Burner, Stone Dog and Fighting Chickens (the symbol of Halong Bay). Stopping for the two of most beautiful caves named Thien Cung (Heaven Palace Grotto) then Climbing stairs to explore huge chambers adorned with stalactites and stalagmites of all kinds.
Continue to enjoy this relaxing cruise through the fairyland-like landscape. Then we return to Ha Long harbor and our waiting vehicle will transfer us back to Hanoi.
On arrival to Hanoi, visit Ngoc Son Temple which is located at the northern end of Sword Lake. From the shore, walking on the Welcoming Morning Sunlight Bridge leads to the island. Admire buildings of the temple, including the Pen Tower, the ink-slab, the Moon Contemplation Pavilion and the Pavilion against Waves, all of which have symbolic meaning.
Free for shopping at Hanoi Old Quarter. Dinner on your own. Our local tour guide will introduce some Hanoi Authentic dishes around Hanoi Old Quarter area such as Beef Pho Soup or Special Bun Cha reviewed by Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown – CNN of CNN. Check in hotel.

After breakfast, check out hotel. Transfer to airport for flight to Hue city. On arrival, visit the Royal Palace which has three perimeters of rampart, namely from outside to inside: Kinh Thanh (Capital Citadel), Hoang Thanh (Royal Citadel) and Tu Cam Thanh (Forbidden Citadel)
Capital Citadel: This construction started in 1805 under the reign of Emperor Gia Long and completed in 1832 under the reign of Emperor Ming Mang
Royal Citadel: The Imperial City is located in the centre of the Citadel where established highest offices of Viet Nam’s feudalism and sanctums honoring the cult of decreased Emperors.
Forbidden Citadel: Located inside the Imperial City, behind the Throne Palace, the Forbidden Purple City is reserved for Emperor and his family.
Then enjoy a visit to the two tombs of the Kings of Nguyen Dynasty. Each tomb has a specific style and architecture.
King Tu Duc’s tomb is located in a narrow valley in Duong Xuan Thuong village (currently Thuong Ba village, Thuy Xuan Commune, Hue City). It is one of the most beautiful works of royal architecture of the Nguyen dynasty.
The tomb of King Khai Dinh is located in Chau Chu mountain near Hue in Vietnam. It was built from 1920 to 1931 taking 11 years to complete. In comparison with those of the preceding emperors, Khai Dinh’s tomb is much smaller in surface but it is very elaborate. It is the result of the interminglement of many architectural trends: European and Asian, as well as ancient and modern.
A trip to Thien Mu pagoda, an ancient pagoda in Hue city, can’t be missed. Its pagoda has seven storeys and is the tallest one in Vietnam. The temple is often the subject of folk rhymes about Hue, such is its iconic status and association with the city. It is regarded as the unofficial symbol of the former imperial capital.

After breakfast, Check out hotel. Depart to Hoi An Ancient town. On the way, stop by Danang City for a city tour visiting Cham Museum and Marble Mountain. The Museum of Cham Sculpture is a museum located in Hai Chau District, Danang, Central Vietnam, near the Han River. Marble Mountains is a cluster of five marble and limestone hills located in Ngu Hanh Son ward, south of Danang city in Vietnam. The five ‘mountains’ are named after the five elements; Kim (metal), Thuy (water), Moc (wood), Hoa (fire) and Tho (earth).
On arrival to Hoi An, enjoy the walking tour around this enchanting port town of Hoi an, follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit its numerous places of interest: the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the Tan Ky old house, the local market …
Japanese Covered Bridge dated back to the 18th century and is a beautiful historical piece of Japanese architecture. It is claimed that it was created by the Japanese then living in Hoi An as a way to reach the Chinese quarter across the water.
Phuc Kien Assembly Halls was built around 1690 and functions as a traditional assembly hall for the Chinese ethnic group from Fujian, China to socialize, but later was transformed into a temple dedicated to their deity named Thien Hau – the goddess of sea who protects sailors from danger.
Tan Ky old house is an almost perfect example of a 18th merchant’s residence in this major commercial port town. The name Tan Ky, meaning “Progress Shop”, was given to the house by the second generation to express the owner’s wish for a prosperous business.
Around the town you can see numerous art galleries and tailor shops. You are also free to get some made-to-order clothes and souvenirs. Our local tour guide will introduce some Hoi An Authentic dishes such as Famous Chicken Rice or Special Banh Mi (Bread).

Upon arrival, visit Reunification Palace formerly known as Independence Palace, is was the home and workplace of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. It was the site of the end of the Vietnam War during the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975, when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates.
Our next stop is City Hall and Central Post Office which was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the early 20th century. It has a neoclassical architectural style. It was designed and constructed by the famous architect Gustave Eiffel in harmony with the surrounding area. Today, the building is a tourist attraction.
Right nearby, you can see and walk to Notre Dame Cathedral, a magnificent building located in the heart of the city and was established by French colonists. This cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880. It has two bell towers, reaching a height of 58 meters (190 feet).
Visit Thien Hau Pagoda which is dedicated to Thien Hau, the Lady of the Sea. She is not specifically a deity of Taoism or of Buddhism, though she has been brought into connection with figures and themes from Taoism and Buddhism.

After breakfast, depart to Vietnam’s rice basket of Mekong Delta. We will pass through idyllic, rural scenes until we arrive at My Tho city, a peaceful town on the bank of the Mekong River, where we will visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda.
Take a boat ride along the river, and view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet and then enjoy a boat ride to An Khanh – a tourist attraction in Ben Tre Province. Enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music“, performed by locals.
Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Return to Saigon
Dinner on River Cruise along Saigon River.
