1. EXPRESS Arrival Greeting Service (International / Domestic)

• Our representative will welcome you with Name sign at the immigration area.
• Representative will assist travelers to queue at the Express Immigration lanes for entry visa process.
• Express Services Assistance will be completed after Travelers are permitted by Immigration to enter the country.

2. EXPRESS Check-in Service (International / Domestic)

• Representative will greet travelers outside the terminal.
• Representative will assist to carry luggage to airlines counters for check-in procedures.
• Express Services Assistance will be completed after Representative guide and escort travelers to Immigration area.

  3. VIP Greeting/Check-in Service

• For Arrival flight, Representative will assist travelers to queue at the Express Immigration lanes for entry visa process.

• Representative will assist travelers to clear the Security and Custom clearance.
• Express Services Assistance will be completed after Representative guide and escort travelers to departure gate.

• Professional driver will pick up at your residences, hotels, or offices by new and comfortable vehicles.

• Book transfer services at least 2–3 working days in advance based on your flight’s arrival/departure time.
• Transfer service cancellation must be made at least 1 day before the scheduled arrival/departure time.
• A surcharge of $10 per person applies for international/domestic airport pick-up/drop-off services from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Service Gratuity (TIP) for Airport Representative or driver is not included.
