Issuance of Certification for driver’s license, birth registration, death certificate, marriage or divorce processed by Embassy / Consulate based on the original to accurately authenticate the contents of the original documents that issued to applicant with Vietnamese citizenship in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law

1. Required Documents

• Copies of the documents to be certified from their originals.
• Copy/photo of proof of legal residence in the United States (e.g. Green Card, U.S. driver license, U.S. passport, Identification Card) of the applicant with translation and notarization.
• Contact information (address, phone number, email, full name of the person receiving the documents).

• Processing time starts once we receive the complete application and it is accepted by the Embassy / Consulate.
• In some cases, processing may take longer time depending on the actual circumstances.
• ***Applicants for certification of driver’s licenses, birth certificates, death certificates, marriages, divorces in the US must be registered as a Vietnamese citizen in the documents. In case of marriage or divorce, 01 of  02  people must be Vietnamese citizens.
