After breakfast, depart on city tour to visit the Royal Place built in 1866 by King Norodom with Silver Pagoda named because of its floor, which is made up of 5,000 silver tiles and located within the Royal Palace compound.  Continue to visit National Museum;  Tuol Sleng Museum, a reminder of the Khmer Rouge regime; the Central Market and the Wat Phnom Temple by which Cambodia capital was named Phnom Penh.  Lunch at local authentic cuisine (pay on your own).  Board cruise boat along the Mekong river bank seeing many local Cambodian families’ daily lives.  Witness the sunset over the Royal Palace and the Mekong River. Enjoy a leisurely cruise with soft drinks, local beer, and BBQ dinner on board.
Cruise back to the port and transfer back to your hotel.

Early in the morning, tourist joins Cyclo tour, the three-wheeled bicycle taxi dated back during French Indochina, and  has been a mode of transportation in the Kingdom for the past 80 years.  Riding from your hotel to Orussey Market. Explore the backstreets and local market areas as through Phnom Penh’s vibrant street food scene with meticulously crafted street food walking tour.  Riding Cyclo back to hotel for check-out.   Lunch at local restaurant (pay your own) and transfer to International airport for flight to Siem Reap.  Upon arrival, meet our private tour. Driver will transfer you to your hotel for check-in.   Relax at leisure at the popular Wellness Retreat.   Transfer to dinner at local authentic restaurant.

After breakfast, in the morning, visit the picturesque Ta Prohm. This beautiful temple is overgrown with fig trees, giving a haunting yet exotic atmosphere. The magnificent roots of the trees have merged over the centuries with the temple’s huge stone blocks, emphasizing a ‘forgotten city’ feeling.  Continue your visit to more of the Angkor ruins, possibly including Preah Khan, Neak Pean, Eastern Mebon, located on an islet in the center of the Eastern Baray, and Ta Son, a Buddhist temple built in the late 12th century and in a ruined state.   In the afternoon, depart to and visit Banteay Srei, the only major temple that was not built by a monarch. It was constructed in the 10th century and was dedicated to the Hindu god – Shiva.  Banteay Srei translates to “Citadel of the Women” and is one of Angkor’s most significant structures as its walls are decorated with elaborate carvings which have been preserved remarkably well.

Early morning at about 5.00 am, depart to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat while enjoying breakfast box.  After breakfast, visit Angkor Wat, one of the modern wonders of the world.  Be amazed by the sheer size of the temple and learn how the Khmer Empire prospered between the 9th and 13th centuries, around the time when Angkor Wat was built.  Stroll through the intricately carved hallways that show hundreds of fine carvings and discover small shrines still in use today by the local people. Continue to visit Angkor Thom, the ancient royal city of the Khmer Empire with its centerpiece; the Bayon temple. As approaching, tourist will notice the enigmatic faces of former King Jayavarman VII looking in every direction.  Visit two famous terraces:  the Terrace of the Elephants, which served as a platform from where the King could welcome back his victorious army, and the Terrace of the Leper King, which holds detailed carvings winding along a narrow passageway that leads to the Baphuon complex.   Enjoy the homemade lunch in the local house (pay on your own)

After lunch, take 45-minute bus ride to the countryside.  Upon arrival at the quay, board the boat for a 1.5-hour ride on the Tonle Sap Lake, also known as the Great Lake of Cambodia.   Experience and find out  how local communities live and work on the lake with their daily lives on floating schools and markets.

Return to hotel for relaxation or for spa and massage enjoyment.  Dinner at Cambodian authentic cuisine.
