Welcome to Hanoi – the capital city of Vietnam

Upon arrival in Hanoi and greeted by our private tour guide, driver will transfer to lunch and hotel for check-in. Check-in time is at 2pm.   Free time to relax and to visit Hanoi by Night.

Dinner with local authentic foods (pay on your own). Stay overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast, Check out hotel and transfer to Halong Bay to board the INDOCHINE Cruise at 11:00am at Tan Chau Terminal.   Group will follow the Itinerary provided by the crew of INDOCHINE Cruise.

Note:  Guide will stay overnight in Halong Bay after group boards the cruise (there is different tour guide on cruise)

Return to Hanoi for Continue to visit Hoan Kiem Lake,  the One Pillar Pagoda,  the Temple of Literature (Vietnamese name is Quoc Tu Giam) – The Vietnam’s first University, which was built in 1070 in honor of Confucius, his followers and Chu Van An, a moral figure in Vietnamese education.   Lunch with local authentic foods (pay on your own)

Then, visit Ngoc Son Temple which is located at the northern end of Sword Lake. From the shore, walking on the Welcoming Morning Sunlight Bridge leads to the island. Admire buildings of the temple, including the Pen Tower, the ink-slab, the Moon Contemplation Pavilion and the Pavilion against Waves, all of which have symbolic meaning. Free for shopping at Hanoi Old Quarter where any demands for buying variable cheap and beautiful goods and handicraft. Transfer to Dinner.  Take overnight luxury train to Lao Cai.

Arrive Lao Cai Train station.  Transfer to Sapa.  Guide take group to breakfast and visit to Sapa Church which is known as stone church or the Holy Rosary church and located in the heart of Sapa town built by the French from the early 20th century. The shape and architecture of the church was built by cross. This architecture presented in the roof, bell tower… which created the elegant church.

• Silver Waterfall: About 12km from Sapa town’s centre, Silver Waterfall is formed by sources of water from the Lo Sui Tong mountain peak. With a height of 100 meter, it is a big one and the loop track is steep and scenic.
• Heaven Gate (Tram Ton Pass): You will then drive further to Heaven Gate, the highest peak of roads in Vietnam. From there you can see Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina mountains as well as enjoy stunning views of Binh Lu
  Back to Sapa town. Check in hotel.

Stay overnight in Sapa.

After breakfast, visit  Lao Chai Ta Van, staging point for the day’s hike. Begin the trek by descending into the rice-terraced valley. Walk though isolated villages, rice fields, and isolated thatched roof homes where H’Mong peoples live. See the H’Mong at work and at play in their distinctive dark blue dress. Spend the afternoon walking atop an elevated ridge of Ham Rong and enjoying the views of Sapa below.

Then enjoy a visit to Cat Cat Village, 2km from Sapa Townlet, is an age-old village of H’Mong ethnic group remaining unique customs and practices that are lots in other villages. Visitors to Cat Cat have an opportunity to admire a lively and colorful picture. That is the image of young women sitting by looms with colorful pieces of brocade decorated with designs of flowers and birds. When these pieces of brocade are finished, they are dyed and embroidered with beautiful designs. A noteworthy is that H’Mong women use plants and leaves to dye these brocade fabrics. And then they roll around and smooth section of wood covered with wax on fabrics to polish them, making their colors durable. In addition to the brocade weaving craft, many residents in Cat Cat are good at manipulating gold and silver jewelry. Their products are fairly sophisticated, especially jewelry for women.

After breakfast, check out hotel  and  take 5-hour drive on coach to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi and transfer to lunch (pay yourself).  Free shopping or transfer to Noi Bai Airport for domestic or international flight departure.  Tour program ends
